Called Gateway Garage Doors to get an estimate to install a WiFi Garage Door opener on a commercial building. Tim responded immediately and provided the lowest estimate. Upon acceptance, Tim was able to come out the very next day, installed the opener within a couple of hours, programmed phones and vehicles, and went through all instructions. He communicated with us at all times so we knew when he was coming and is extremely neat and professional. His estimate was spot on and he did not try to upsell. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Tim did some work on our garage door a few months ago that solved a problem we'd been dealing with for a while. That turned out well. When we had a problem later with the opener, we called him again, not remembering it was he who repaired the door. He came in one day. He diagnosed the problem in a very short time and recommended we replace the opener, which was 15 years old. There was no pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted. Once we made a choice, he installed the new opened in about 1 1/2 hours. He was clearly competent as well as thorough, and neat. Everything was completely cleaned up when he left. Before leaving he went through all the instructions for operation of the new opener, as well as the terms of the warranty. We recommend him unconditionally.

Tim did an excellent job and came the same day to fix my problem. I had ordered a wireless remote garage door keypad that wasn't compatible with my existing door. Tim went and secured another one and returned right away to install it. Same day service is very unusual these days! He was very personable and good. He even suggested ways to care for our garage doors without having to be asked! I would recommend his company for any garage door issue. We give him 5 stars definitely.

On multiple occasions I've called Tim for an "emergency" issue and he has always responded promptly to correct the problem.  He is very experienced in his craft and has yet to see a problem that he could not handle.  I would recommend his services highly.

I called Gateway Garage Doors with an issue I was having with my garage door for several weeks.  I was able to explain the issue over the phone and TJ diagnosed the problem right away and knew what needed to be replaced to have it operating again.  TJ took the time to explain my options to me and I actually decided to replace the whole operator since other issues may arise with an old operator.  He came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and installed a new operator within an hour.  I'm very happy with the service and product TJ provided.  New garage operator is very quiet and includes LED lighting.  Thanks!
