Stone Sealing & Epoxy Coatings

Floors take a beating, but with the right coating system, they can look amazing and last for decades. We use a professional 3-layer system:

1. Epoxy Base Coat (10 mils, ~1.5 gal per 200 sq. ft.) – bonds tightly to concrete, creating a durable foundation.

2. Full Flake Broadcast (35 lbs per 200 sq. ft.) – adds color, texture, slip resistance, and hides imperfections.

3. Polyaspartic Topcoat (8–12 mils, ~2 gal per 200 sq. ft.) – seals everything in with a crystal-clear, UV-stable finish that resists chemicals, abrasion, and hot tire pickup.

• Surface Preparation: Proper grinding, cleaning, and dust control (HEPA vacuums, air filtration) are essential to long-lasting adhesion.
